The room is a mess, but the mind is free
Agents aren't supposed to only care about closing deals — no matter the cost. They're supposed to represent you clearly when things start becoming overwhelming.
That's what I'm here to do: be your agent, your guide, and someone you can lean on through some of the biggest decisions of your life.
A lot of people wonder if they even need an agent anymore. Usually, that comes from never having the kind of guidance the process actually deserves. Someone whose job is to protect your judgment and helps you stay sane.
You might want to list your home at the price you think it's worth. My job is to position it so it actually sells for what you believe it's worth.
You might fall in love with a home because of charm, emotion, or numbers on paper — but that doesn't always mean it's the right fit for the life you described to me.

I started a sailplane club at SDSU because I wanted to understand unpowered flight up close. I led aerodynamics for a nationally-ranked college rocketry program — and built that section from scratch, because when I got there, it didn't exist.
That's not a career move. That's just how I engage with things.
I'm a design engineer by training — aerospace at SDSU, then semiconductor design at ASML. I've also raced karts competitively, played clarinet at a high level, and spent a year building an esports program from zero to one of the top teams in North America.
Different things. Same instinct. I like understanding what’s actually going on underneath the surface.
I pay attention. I ask questions. I stay involved.
Buying and selling is easy.
And it's easy to get wrong.
No matter which side you're on, emotions get involved. Pressure builds. People rush decisions they have to live with for years.
I don't want my clients carrying that weight alone.
You focus on buying or selling. I'll handle the pressure, the problems, and the people.
It's why I'm an agent, not a salesperson.
A good experience doesn't have to be a choice.
